We are one of Germany’s leading caterers with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. But we don’t rest on our laurels. We always have our finger on the pulse and continue to evolve by bringing sustainable and innovative catering concepts to the market. We see catering as the art of creating first-class culinary experiences every day, ensuring unforgettable moments for each and every guest. To achieve this, we combine artisan skill with passion. Our individual catering concepts are divided between Business Catering and Care Catering and are designed specifically for employees, patients and senior citizens.

Varied and flexible: We offer a large choice of meals and beverages for your patients in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, considering medical requirements and, of course, dietary needs based on religion and ethnic origin.
It’s your choice: We are happy to develop individual concepts for private patients, taking account of preferred mealtimes. We also offer a larger choice of dishes for each meal.

Especially in facilities for the elderly, daily catering is an important factor in improving the quality of life and boosting vitality because a balanced diet promotes both health and well-being. Replacing paper
Optionally, we use digital product labelling and identification.

Training and development options

Our mass catering solutions impress thanks to our creativity and artisan skills. In order to achieve this, we depend on a perfectly trained team. As one of Germany’s top 50 employers, we focus on identifying the best talents on the market and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for our in-house talents. 

THE KLÜH ACADEMY

In 2014, to optimise our employee training and development, we established our certified Klüh Academy as a complement to our existing offerings. Every employee has the opportunity to attend cross-divisional and specialist seminars.

THE KLÜH KITCHEN HEROES

We are training new kitchen heroes in the art of creative mass catering by introducing a kitchen specialist apprenticeship that is recognised by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In this way, we are developing versatile all-rounders for the kitchen in order to address the shortage of young talents.

INSTITUTE OF CULINARY ART®

Since 2013, Klüh has been a member of the renowned Institute of Culinary Art® (ICA), a leading training and development organisation for the catering industry. Together with the ICA, we are actively addressing the shortage of skilled labour in Germany and are committed to qualifying and training our employees in both professional and commercial aspects of the industry.
