Düsseldorf, 26.11.2021 – For many years, the initiative “Wir für Düsseldorf” (We for Düsseldorf), founded by the company’s owner Josef Klüh, has been supporting charitable Düsseldorf associations in their respective relevant work for our communityin the state capital.
This year, the topics of child welfare and prevention of child abuse and violence against women are in focus. The jury, consisting of Dr. Vera Geisel, the President of the Düsseldorfer Jonges Wolfgang Rolshoven and the foundation’s founder Josef Klüh, chose to donate to the following associations. They will each receive financial support amounting to € 8,000.
- DGfPI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Prävention und Intervention bei Kindesmisshandlung, -vernachlässigung und sexualisierter Gewalt e.V. (German society for prevention and intervention in child abuse, neglect and sexualised violence)
- Frauenberatungsstelle Düsseldorf e.V. (women’s advice centre Düsseldorf )
- Düsseldorfer Kindertafel (children’s food bank)
