Starting immediately, the catering division of the multi-service provider Klüh is taking over the catering services at the pharmaceutical manufacturer R-Pharm in Illertissen. The new contract has a term of three years. “Klüh convinced us with a contemporary offer that was highly focussed on our needs and wishes”, explained Uwe Garschke, Manager Site Services & Security at R-Pharm.

The services provided by Klüh Catering comprise breakfast, lunch and snack catering as well as catering for conferences and special events. The diners enjoy a high-quality gastronomic experience with an extensive range of dishes, placing great emphasis on fresh products and attractive presentation. Soups, a dessert buffet and several coffee stations complete the offer. 

Varying cuisine with local classics, international specialities and vegetarian and vegan dishes adds fresh impetus to the company restaurant, with all dishes also available sustainably packed as a takeaway. Nutritional values, information on allergens and additives as well as special offers and culinary promotions can be viewed in the Klüh Catering app.

To give the diners a sense of the environmental footprint of the meals on offer, Klüh displays the sustainability value of each dish on site as well as in the Klüh Catering app. Here, not only the standard CO₂is determined, but in future also factors such as water consumption and animal welfare will be included. Other functions of the Klüh Catering app include nutritional information on the daily menu, information on allergens and additives, special offers, culinary promotions and promotional dishes.
