In this way, the security division of the multi-service provider Klüh is sharpening its profile as a customer-oriented security architect for forward-looking solutions in all sensitive areas.
A team of experts was formed specifically to develop the new mission statement under the claim We provide security. With forward-looking solutions. By means of analysis, customer surveys and operational experience, this team established which particular strengths distinguish Klüh Security, which values are embodied, what differentiates the company from its competitors and, above all, what customers can expect in the future.
One of the findings was that customers are placing increasing value on the digitalisation of security services. To meet this demand, Klüh Security is pursuing a number of approaches. For example, the company is pushing ahead with the digitalisation of processes so as to ensure the best possible operational support. In addition, the provider trains innovative, creative specialists or recruits them so as to develop and implement individual security concepts.
