The multi-service provider Klüh took first place in this year’s BEST RECRUITERS ranking by career Institut & Verlag in the category “Facility/Security Services”. What’s more, the family business made it into the top 50 of all the companies surveyed. For the scoring, the following aspects along the candidate journey were closely examined: the recruiting website, online job advertisements and the interaction with applicants and their feedback. The jury also highlighted the WhatsApp application process, which is optional for applicants, as a best practice and one of the reasons for Klüh’s top ranking in the industry.
BEST RECRUITERS is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking region and examines the quality of recruiting measures at over 1,200 employers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein every year. The study covers almost 300 scientific criteria. With the comprehensive results and the recommendations for employers derived from them, BEST RECRUITERS makes an important contribution to furthering the quality of recruiting.
