Düsseldorf, 09.02.2022 – After the successful launch of its new job portal at the end of last year, the multi-service provider Klüh now aims to attract job seekers throughout Germanywith even more up-to-the minute recruitment measures. For example, prospective employees can now applydirectlyto Klüh via WhatsApp. The new application channel offers a particularlyintuitive candidate journeyto supplement the quick application process already established in the desktop app. With the launch of the application via WhatsApp, Klüh is a pioneer of the simplified application process in the nationwide facilityservices industry.
The application by WhatsApp is - alongside the usual options - open to all mobile users of the job portal at any time and from anywhere. One click takes you straight to the application process, where a virtual assistant then successivelyasks for all the information relevant to the position advertised in a language of the applicant’s choice. The process can be interrupted at any time and then continued later on. Data protection and security are guaranteed because WhatsApp only serves as a medium. The interface to Klüh’s applicant management software is provided by the software service provider PitchYou. Once the application documents have been checked bytrained Klüh employees, the candidates are contacted as quicklyas possible and invited for an interview.
“Due to the shortage of manpower, the application process needs to be as quick and easy as possible. It is therefore only logical that we also offer WhatsApp, as one of the leading communication media of our time, as an option for a job application”, says Viktoria Kaiser, Head of Recruiting and HR Marketing at Klüh Multiservices. Apart from addressing specific target groups, the new application channel is also intended to reduce what is known as the time to hire - the time between the application and the acceptance - which is often decisive for the success of the recruiting process.
