The Düsseldorf-based family-owned company Klüh is expanding its Advisory Board in order to continue on its growth path in an innovative and sustainable manner. The current Advisory Board is made up of Josef Klüh (Chairman), Dr Hans-Joachim Körber, Andreas Schmitz and Hans-Joachim Driessen.
With a responsible eye on the future, company owner and Chairman of the Advisory Board Josef Klüh has decided to broaden the board’s structure by appointing three new members with effect from 1 May 2023:
- Ahlem Sehili-Klüh
- Dr Karl Hans Arnold, former managing partner of Rheinisch-Bergische Verlagsgesellschaft
- Uwe Baust, previously a board member of Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf
In the face of increasingly dynamic markets and complex requirements, all three new members will support the company with their specific professional knowledge and experience.
At the same time, Hans-Joachim Driessen will leave the board. He will remain available to Klüh Service Management in an advisory capacity and will continue to lead the Klüh Foundation as a member of the Management Board.
Josef Klüh: ‘The main task of the six-member Advisory Board is to help the company enjoy continued success and support its further expansion, both in Germany and internationally.’
