Düsseldorf, 26.07.2022 – Klüh Service Management GmbH, an internationally active multi-service provider from Düsseldorf, is one of the first companies to be certified according to the new ISO 37301 standard for its successful compliance management system. With this certification, the association for technical inspection, TÜV Austria, confirms that Klüh has a management system suitable for ensuring conduct throughout the company in compliance with values and the law.
The certification followed an extensive audit of Klüh’s compliance management system. In this context, it was assessed whether suitable measures and processes are in place to detect or even prevent violations of applicable guidelines and legal regulations within the company. For this, employees from all business divisions were interviewed, documents were examined. and processes were observed.

So as to reliably guarantee customer satisfaction, safety and sustainability, alongside the compliance management system now certified in accordance with the new ISO 37301 standard, the family business also works with other management systems which are regularly recertified by TÜV Austria. All of Klüh’s specialist companies and locations have implemented these management systems and work in accordance with the standards for quality, environment, energy/resource use and occupational health and safety prescribed by them.
