Starting immediately, the catering division of the multi-service provider Klüh is taking over the staff catering for ESWE Versorgungs AG (ESWE). In the course of a new tendering process, Klüh Catering was awarded the contract for its tailor-made concept, convincing reference visit and suitable price-performance ratio.

The contract covers breakfast, lunch and snacks as well as catering for conferences and special events. Klüh Catering offers ESWE employees a wide range of meals with a high-quality menu, including vegetarian and vegan options, most of which are prepared using the front-cooking method.
To shorten the queuing time for the diners, the use of “seeing cash registers” is planned. The AI-supported solution detects all the food and drinks on the guests’ trays and automatically adds them up for the payment process.
