BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, BIM for short, has again commissioned the Cleaning division of the multi-service provider Klüh with various cleaning services. Klüh Cleaning was awarded the contract, starting on 1 December, in the course of a new call for tenders. The cleaning specialist was able to win through with a tailor-made concept, attractive pricing and the positive experience from many years of cooperation since 2009.
Under the contract, Klüh Cleaning will be deploying around 100 employees to clean approximately 71,000 square metres of floor space. The range of services includes extensive areas of responsibility such as maintenance cleaning, glass cleaning as well as disinfection and special cleaning. To make the processes simpler, more efficient and transparent, and to save costs and important resources in the longer term, the cleaning staff will work with the DigiClean® management system developed by Klüh. Based on a catalogue of requirements with a schedule of services and a corresponding checklist, this conveys in real time what is to be cleaned, with what priority and in what order. In addition, using the connected service portal DigiService, short-term customer enquiries can be accessed very quickly by the cleaning staff and any problems promptly solved.
As Berlin’s state-owned real estate service provider, BIM is responsible for more than 5,000 buildings and properties. It is responsible, among other things, for their management, development and rental as well as their structural maintenance.
