Klüh convinces German Aerospace Centre

The German Aerospace Centre (DLR) has commissioned the Security division of the multi-service provider Klüh to provide comprehensive security services at its Stuttgart site. Klüh Security secured the contract, initially concluded for four years starting in December, in the course of a new call for tenders thanks to its innovative concept and reasonable pricing.

The agreed service portfolio includes services such as reception service and visitor management, building and site patrols, management of the security centre with central fault alarm system as well as investigation services and fire protection tasks. Klüh meets the client’s high security expectations with optimally trained employees and certified services.

Axel Hartmann, Managing Director of Klüh Security: “We are delighted with the order and also see it as recognition of our extensive experience with institutions and organisations from critical infrastructures and our expertise as a quality provider with trendsetting solutions.”

In order to keep a vigilant eye on the areas to be secured at all times and across all teams, Klüh Security uses the proprietary DigiControl guard control system. If required, this can also automatically provide the client with evaluations of patrols as well as reports on incidents in its property. Service requests or orders are handled using Klüh’s own DigiService service portal.

DLR is the Federal Republic of Germany’s research centre for aeronautics and space. In its 55 institutes and facilities, some 10,000 employees develop technologies for a sustainable future in the areas of aeronautics, space, energy and transport, security and digitalisation.
