Düsseldorf, 08.12.2021 – The holiday park operator Center Parcs has commissioned the Cleaning division of the multi-service provider Klüh with cleaning and logistics services at its holiday park in the Allgäu. The contract starts in January 2022 and is set to run for three years with an option to extend for a further two years.
The major contract, for which around 120 staff are to be deployed, comprises the cleaning of 361 holiday homes, as well as the ongoing maintenance cleaning of the “Market Dome”, which houses, among other things, a water park, sports facilities, restaurants and shops. Alongside the cleaning activities, Klüh Cleaning is also responsible for logistics services, the laundry service, the provision of hospitality supplies and ongoing special cleaning tasks. The park covers almost 184 hectares and has a total of 1,000 accommodations.
Managing Director of Klüh Cleaning, Christian Wilms: “We are delighted that we have been able to convince Center Parcs with our individual cleaning concept. The deciding factors were above all our high level of expertise in work organisation and our integrated approach to sustainability”. For example, at Klüh Cleaning only cleaning equipment and machines are used that meet the criteria of energy efficiency, environmental protection and sustainability. The customer also benefits from the transparency of each process, which makes all services measurable and comprehensible.
When it comes to quality assurance, the cleaning staff at Klüh work with a customer service portal based on web technologies which allows many different types of enquiries to be recorded, classified, stored and processed in a structured manner. This means that more cleaning can be done where it is actually needed (cleaning-on-demand). What’s more, the time savings achieved can be invested elsewhere in hygiene measures and special services without additional costs.
