Starting immediately, Keros Consult, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Klüh Group, is supporting the Eichhof-Stiftung Lauterbach with the optimisation of its ordering and production processes in the area of communal catering. Established in 1877, the foundation manages the Eichhof hospital and other care facilities in the Vogelsberg district of central Hesse and the surrounding area.
Within the framework of the contract, Keros Consult relies on its digital merchandise management system DigiSupply. This replaces the customer’s previous manual ordering process and enables all the necessary steps from ordering to stocktaking to be controlled. As the basis for the collaboration, the current purchasing and production processes were analysed. This meant that together, we were able to transparently identify savings and improvements and draw up an implementation plan. Alongside the improved purchasing conditions and the benefits of a comprehensive merchandise management system, the Eichhof foundation now has over 8,000 tried and tested recipes and menus at its fingertips.
