Starting immediately, Keros Consult, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Klüh Group, is supporting Korian Services GmbH with the optimisation of its ordering and production processes. Korian Services is one of the biggest service companies in the field of care for the elderly and part of Korian Deutschland, a leading European provider of inpatient care, outpatient care and sheltered housing as well as medical intensive care.
Within the framework of the contract, for the almost 240 Korian facilities in Germany, Keros Consult employs its digital merchandise management system, which was specially developed for community catering and controls all the necessary steps from ordering to stocktaking. The merchandise management system ensures a high level of reliability in the order process by providing selected items and over 10,000 recipes. It also provides reliable food labelling, central complaints processing, monitoring of critical control points, an efficient procedure for product recalls as well as an integrative connection to subsequent invoicing systems.
