The multi-service provider Klüh has been nominated for the prestigious German Brand Award 2025 with its employer branding campaign. This award is presented by the German Design Council, Germany’s design and brand authority, and the German Brand Institute in recognition of the best product and corporate brands as well as the strongest campaigns, concepts and strategies. Klüh entered in the category “Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation – Employer Branding”.
With the slogan “I don’t work for just anyone” and the hashtag #SelbstbewusstSein (be confident), the campaign focuses on the valuable work of Klüh employees. At the same time, targeted sub-campaigns are constantly developed to showcase the individual fields of work and emphasise their special features in the sector: “I don’t clean/provide security/cook/book and so on for just anyone – but for Klüh.” This ensures that each division is represented authentically and effectively under the umbrella brand Klüh Multiservices and all the employees can identify with the campaign. Furthermore, the employer branding demonstrates the strong support that Klüh gives its employees.
“In a highly competitive employment market, it is essential to present a clear profile as an employer. Klüh stands for both reliability and innovation and offers a whole range of development opportunities. The nomination confirms that our approach is successful and that we have positioned ourselves as an attractive employer,” explains Viktoria Kaiser, HR Manager at Klüh Multiservices.
In the next step, an interdisciplinary jury of ten will evaluate the companies nominated based on a range of criteria such as independence and brand typology, differentiation from the competition and target group relevance. Factors such as sustainability, degree of innovation, continuity and future viability also play a decisive role in the jury process. The winners of the German Brand Awards 2025 will then be announced at an award ceremony on 26 June in Berlin.
