Starting straight away, the Clinic Service division of the multi-service provider Klüh is taking on a range of cleaning services on behalf of Caritas Trägergesellschaft “St. Elisabeth” gGmbH (CTE) at several of its facilities for the elderly in Thuringia. The cleaning specialist was able to convince CTE with a tailor-made, comprehensive quality concept.
Under the contract, among other things, Klüh Clinic Service is responsible for the maintenance and glass cleaning at nine care homes for the elderly, seven day-care centres, two residential communities, two sheltered accommodation facilities and the branch office of the organisation. An experienced team of around 32 employees is on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
To simplify the processes, make them efficient and transparent, and save costs and important resources in the longer term, the cleaning staff work with a digital management system. Based on a catalogue of requirements with a schedule of services and a corresponding checklist, this provides real-time information on what is to be cleaned, with what priority and in what order. In addition, a connected service portal means that short-term customer requests can be accessed very quickly by the cleaning staff and any problems promptly solved.
Gundekar Fürsich, Managing Director at CTE: “We are delighted to have Klüh at our side as a strategic hygiene partner with many years of experience in the health sector. Klüh meets our requirements for professional and hygienically immaculate cleaning services at the highest level.”
CTE was founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of the Caritasverband für das Bistum Erfurt e.V. (charitable organisation of the Diocese of Erfurt). CTE currently runs 23 facilities. The organisation currently employs around 850 people.
