Düsseldorf, 28.01.2022 – Today, Josef Klüh, an outstanding family entrepreneur, celebrates his 80th birthday. The native of Düsseldorf and sole proprietor of Klüh Multiservices, has, from very small beginnings, built up a service group that now operates in eight countries and employs more than 49,000 people.
The management congratulates Josef Klüh, also in the name of all the employees, on his birthday and on his life- time achievement. Because the milestone birthday coincides with a very special anniversary: the company Klüh is m111 years old this year.
A success story that started with his grandfather in 1911. Josef Klüh took over in 1962, at the age of twenty. The small family business quickly grew from a local cleaning company to the number 1 in Düsseldorf, then to a key player in North Rhine-Westphalia. At the beginning of the 1990s, two further service sectors followed: Catering and Security, and at roughly the same time branches were set up throughout Germany.
In 2000, the company set out on its international expansion. Klüh Multiservices is now active in eight countries. Josef Klüh has turned the small cleaning business which he took over on attaining his early majority into a powerful service group with the divisions Cleaning, Catering and Clinic Services, Airport Services, Security and Personnel Service.
